I pledge to support law enforcement by prosecuting the criminals that they arrest.
Our brave men and women in law enforcement for each of our counties work hard every day to protect all of us, and they put their lives on the line to do so. Just within the last few days several officers were shot at in Monroeville. By grace, none were hurt. For the District Attorney to fail to do everything possible to present the local law enforcement cases for prosecution and conviction is a dereliction of duty! To look the other way or merely put the case on a growing stack of other cases so that they can be settled some time in the distant future is not acceptable. My pledge to you is that I will stay on top of all arrests and try those cases in a timely, professional, and fair manner.
